- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While I believe that Dr. Jacobsen is an excellent Endocrinologist and that it is a very busy office, more attention needs to be given to customer service. I have called their office several times within the course of two weeks left numerous messages with his assistant, Alicia Ramsey, and have yet to receive a call back. I also called the front desk and spoke with another young lady, Shakira, explained to her specifically why I was calling, told her that I left numerous messages with Alicia and have yet to get a return call and she (Shakira) volunteered to personally leave a message on Dr. Jacobsen's desk with the details of my phone call but I have still been unsuccessful in receiving a callback. Since when did return calls become non-important and extinct? Isn't this also an integral part of customer care? This seems to be one of the biggest complaints I have with physician's offices of late. For this reason I have given Dr. Jacobsen's office 3 stars, and, hope that going forward this office will do a better job at returning phone calls.January 26, 2017by Sheryl Harris
